Wedding Planning Services
Although we are most passionate about intimate events and micro-weddings, Atlas & Ember offers a variety of packages for all types of weddings. Whether your dream is a curated mountain elopement, or a larger, traditional wedding at a classic estate, we would love to work with you, from ceremony, reception planning, and more.
Most couples invest around 5-10% of their overall budget on my services, and their average investment is around $3500.
ELOPEMENT PLANNING
For the couple who wants to start their forever with just each other this is the perfect option. We will help you customize your design vision, vet and select vendors, scout locations, and set up and coordinate all the details - from food, florals, decorations, and more.
If you want your closet family present at your elopement, this package can accommodate 10 guests.
WEDDING DAY MANAGEMENT
Commonly referred to as day-of coordination, this package is perfect for the couple who is comfortable finding and booking vendors, and planning their wedding - but knows that they need professional support on their wedding day. A&E steps in during the last 6 weeks to communicate with vendors, finalize floor plan, create a timeline, and pull everything together for ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception.
INTIMATE WEDDING PLANNING
Ideal for the couple who wants only their closest family & friends present, but still wants to have the feel of a traditional wedding. Intimate weddings typically have less than 50 guests and include a ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, but on a smaller scale.
We will be hands on during the planning process, helping with design elements, vendor management, and wedding management, and day-of coordination.
PARTIAL PLANNING
Our most hands on package, this is ideal for couples who are starting from square one and need professional help throughout their planning process. This package focuses heavily on logistics planning, vendor management, and monthly meetings and checklists to keep you organized.
Everything in the wedding management package is also included in partial planning. As our most hands-on package, we only take limited amounts of partial planning couples each season.
Partial planning is available to all size and scale weddings, but is usually the best option for the 50+ guest weddings we plan.
